Ok, so new section, who knows better. Let's be honest, I really have no clue what I'm doing. I mean, until about a month and a half ago I didn't know a marathon was 26.2 miles. That being said I want to open up to advice. When I run am I supposed to keep my arms still? I saw something in a mag about toning my core so my arms and body don't twist and slow me down...
Next, can anyone recommend a KICK BOOTY face wash? Running I am sweating so much more and my face is showing it....
